I've seen first-hand how much of an impact our mindset and belief system have on every area of our lives. And when you're able to harness the power of positive psychology, mindfulness, and the law of attraction you claim back your POWER to create an extraordinary life.
I know a few things about this transformational work having been actively practising for the last ten years. I also know a few things about what it takes to build and grow an online business after starting my own at the age of twenty-one.
I am incredibly passionate about the work that I do and have been fortunate enough to spread an empowering message about self-confidence and mindset through my events, workshops, bespoke coaching and mentoring.
I am here to be your mentor, guide and companion as you see for yourself the incredible things you are capable of achieving when you fully believe in yourself and set every area of your life up for success.
My Story...
I hit rock bottom several times and had no idea how I would dust myself off and start again.
I'm a recovering people-pleaser, perfectionist and self-sabotage-extraordinaire. I carried with me every self-limiting belief imaginable and it wasn't until all of these literally ran me into the ground that I knew I had to do something drastic.
I moved all the way to London two months after losing my mum to a long and exhausting battle with cancer and set up home here.
As much ambition and drive as I had, something continued to hold me back... myself. I lived in survival mode, constantly doubting my ability, never fully believing in myself, and constantly shaming myself for not being further along my journey.
I was simultaneously hating myself whilst also willing myself to change and create a new future. Those two opposing and incredibly strong forces of energy kept me stuck. Stuck for years.
It wasn't until I discovered a new branch of self-development which incorporated powerful universal laws such as the law of attraction, quantum physics, and positive psychology that I found the magic key. I started to learn the powerful mechanisms of reprogramming my subconscious mind and how to create my own future.
Every challenge I faced along this journey has helped me help a whole array of clients from those who are trying to grow their business to the next level, to those who are looking to experience a new-found sense of career and life fulfillment.
